Về bản quyềnĐối với comm phi thương mại:
- Bạn có thể đăng lại comm lên MXH kèm credit: ghi tên “Yunchan” và tag tài khoản Facebook của mình nếu có thể.
- Bạn có quyền in ấn cho mục đích cá nhân.
- Mình có quyền đăng lại comm có watermark trên các trang MXH.Đối với comm thương mại:
- x2 phí gốc: đối với tranh dùng cho truyền thông, quảng bá, tiếp cận người xem/khách hàng (ví dụ: thumbnail video, ảnh bìa fanpage, ảnh đại diện của tổ chức...).
- x2.5 phí gốc / 1 LẦN SẢN XUẤT: đối với tranh dùng để sản xuất merchandise/goods thương mại (ví dụ: sticker, áo, postcard, standee...).Đối với comm private:
- Phí +80% so với tổng bill.
- Mình không đăng comm ở bất kỳ nền tảng nào khác.Về refund- Refund 100%: trong trường hợp mình không báo cho bạn trước 1 tuần và trễ deadline, bạn có quyền yêu cầu refund và được sử dụng bản sketch.- Refund 10%: bạn hủy comm sau khi vừa nhận sketch, sau khi hủy bạn có quyền sử dụng bản sketch.- Refund 30%: sau khi chốt sketch, bạn hủy comm ở những lần check.- Không refund: khi bạn hủy comm đã hoàn thiện.Một số điều khoản khác- Không nhận: bara, furry, mecha, weird fetish,… hoặc nhân vật mình không thể vẽ.- Thêm nhân vật: +80% tổng bill/1 nhân vật, tối đa 3 nhân vật/tranh.- Nhân vật nhiều chi tiết: +50k–70k tùy độ khó.- Nếu cần gấp, hãy trao đổi trước với mình nhé.- Sau khi nhận link Drive, vui lòng tải về trong vòng 1 tháng. Mình sẽ xóa file sau thời gian này.
Quy trình thực hiện1. Thảo luận brief / deadline2. Báo giá tổng comm3. Thanh toán 50% (Deadline được tính từ thời điểm này)4. Sketch
- Sau khi nhận sketch, bạn được chỉnh sửa không giới hạn số lần.
- Có thể vẽ/đánh dấu trực tiếp lên sketch để mình dễ hình dung hơn.
- Sau khi chốt sketch, mình sẽ không sửa pose.5. Duyệt sketch6. Thanh toán 50% còn lại7. Quá trình vẽ
- Mình sẽ cập nhật tiến độ để bạn kiểm tra.
- Bạn có thể yêu cầu sửa/thêm chi tiết mình vẽ thiếu hoặc sai so với ref đã chốt (miễn phí).
- Những chi tiết đã chốt nhưng bạn muốn thay đổi sẽ được sửa 1 lần miễn phí cho lần check tiếp theo.
- Thay đổi lớn so với ref (ví dụ: tóc ngắn → tóc dài, quần → váy) sẽ tính thêm phí 20 - 40k.
- Thêm chi tiết nhỏ không đáng kể (vòng cổ, vòng tay...) sẽ miễn phí.8. Hoàn thành comm
- Mình sẽ báo "đây là lần check cuối” trước khi hoàn thiện. Bạn cố gắng check kỹ để mình sửa nốt trong lần này.
- Khi tác phẩm đã hoàn thiện toàn bộ theo ref đã chốt và gửi bản preview có watermark để duyệt, mình sẽ không nhận chỉnh sửa thêm.
- Nếu bạn vẫn muốn chỉnh sau giai đoạn này, phí sẽ từ 30 - 50k/lần tùy độ khó và thời gian thực hiện.9. Gửi tranh qua Gmail / Drive
- Sau khi hoàn thiện tranh và chốt, mình sẽ gửi file cuối không watermark qua Gmail hoặc Google Drive.

- x2.5 base price per production batch: for artworks used to create merchandise/goods for sale (e.g., stickers, shirts, postcards, standees…).For private commissions:
- +80% of the total bill.
- Your commission will stay completely private and won’t be posted anywhere.Refund Policy- 100% refund: if I miss the deadline without telling you at least 1 week in advance. Work Process1. Discuss brief & deadline2. Confirm total price3. Pay 50% upfront (deadline countdown starts here)4. Sketch
- After you receive the sketch, you can request unlimited revisions.
- You can draw/mark directly on the sketch to help me visualize your idea better.
- Once the sketch is approved, I won’t change the pose.5. Sketch approval6. Pay the remaining 50%7. Drawing process
- I’ll send progress updates for you to check.
- You can request fixes/add details I missed or drew incorrectly based on the approved reference (free).
- Changes to already approved details: 1 free revision for the next check stage.
- Major changes from the reference (e.g., short hair → long hair, pants → skirt): +$2 - $3 USD.
- Adding very small details (e.g., necklace, bracelet) is free.8. Final check
- I’ll let you know when it’s “the final check” before completing the artwork. Please review carefully so I can fix everything in this stage.
- Once the artwork is fully completed based on the approved reference and I send a preview with watermark, no more edits will be accepted.
- If you still want changes after this stage: +$2 - $3 USD per edit depending on complexity and time required9. Delivery
- After the artwork is completed and approved, I’ll send the final file without watermark via Gmail or Google Drive.
